These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and 916kiss (hereinafter "916kiss", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://916kiss.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Website").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the 916kiss Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 916kiss enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all gambling activities on the Platform. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by 916kiss for breach of these Terms.

• You are not an employee, officer, director, or agent of 916kiss or any of its affiliated entities.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.1 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 916kiss will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email. 916kiss reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

916kiss is required under its international licence to conduct identity verification for all players. You will be required to submit valid KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and in some cases a payment method verification — before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC review typically takes 24–48 hours.

By using the 916kiss Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic gain.
• You will access the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. 916kiss does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be refunded (less applicable transaction fees) and the Account flagged for investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Players are advised to check the current minimum amounts in the cashier section of the Platform before initiating a transaction.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the MYR-equivalent rate confirmed at the time the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations. 916kiss is not responsible for price volatility between initiation and confirmation.
• 916kiss does not charge deposit fees. However, payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, blockchain networks) may impose their own transaction fees for which 916kiss accepts no liability.

6.2 Failed or Delayed Deposits

If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not reflect in your 916kiss balance within the stated processing time, you should contact our 24/7 live support team with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting support — initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Your Player Balance must reflect sufficient cleared funds after accounting for any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus credits.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in your own legal name that corresponds to your verified KYC information.
• Typical processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — 30 minutes to 4 hours during banking hours; cryptocurrency — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.

All bonus offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards issued by 916kiss are subject to individual promotional terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Player Balance. Standard wagering requirements are 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus (typically 7 to 30 days as specified per promotion).

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are disclosed in the specific promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

916kiss reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

8.4 Promotion Changes

916kiss reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered, unless fraud or abuse is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 916kiss Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access, play, or exploit the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to reclamation.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating betting strategies in live dealer games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing wagers as part of a professional arbitrage or matched-betting operation using 916kiss bonus funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Impersonating any other person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security mechanisms, or RNG systems.

All content on the 916kiss Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 916kiss or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 916kiss.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 916kiss, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistical data, or sports information displayed on the Platform's sportsbook.
• Any legal consequences arising from a Player's access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

916kiss is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

916kiss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with criminal conduct.
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, 916kiss may withhold any remaining Player Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure is not attributable to player misconduct, any cleared Player Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Credits) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

916kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 916kiss holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.

Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling disputes may not be adjudicable through Malaysian courts in respect of services offered by an offshore-licensed operator.
